Tasting Notes: A tart and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc with a strong mineral and citrus backbone and light layers of lees and peaches on the nose. Sits like a still, ultra-dry, Champagne, on the palate. Yet, this wine is very food-friendly and pro-sunny-deck. Enjoy this wine in its youth. Drink now-2016.
